Orange County Man Sentenced To 4 Years In Prison For Deadly Pedestrian Accident

An Orange County man was sentenced to 4 years in a California state prison for the a pedestrian accident that killed 32-year-old Martha Ovalle as she walked in a cross walk in Newport Beach California. 42-year-old Martin Kuehl, of Costa Mesa California was found guilty of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence after he was found guilty of texting while driving, which resulted in the victims death.
