A San Bernardino California man was killed in a truck accident in Buttonwillow California. The cause of the fatal truck accident is still under investigation. However, it appears that no other vehicles were involved and the truck driver may have had a medical condition that caused him to lose control of the tractor trailer causing it to crash.
