A San Bernardino man died in a apparent car accident in Yucaipa California. A Jeep Cherokee struck a tractor trailer causing fatal injuries to the passenger of the Jeep. The cause of the fatal accident is still under investigation at this time. Our condolences go out to the victims of this tragedy.
