A 65 year old Santa Ana California man has did and eight other people have suffered serious personal injuries as a result of a tire blow out auto accident that occurred on Interstate 5 near the City of Kingsburg California. All of the victims are from Santa Ana California. The cause of the fatal accident is still under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
