The city of Los Angeles has agreed to a $7 Million dollar settlement to compensate a man left a paraplegic after a tragic accident. The victim had volunteered during the 2007 Triathalon. During the event the victim was hit by a vehicle that entered the event. The victim was hospitalized for over two years.
