A man was shot by police in Laguna Beach California after he failed to stop after a multi-vehicle accident. According to witnesses the driver of the vehicle was driving erratically on PCH when he was involved in a multi-vehicle accident. The man failed to stop after police were called to the scene and was shot ad taken to Mission Hospital in Laguna Beach.
