A Riverside California woman was killed in a Los Angeles car accident. The fatal accident occurred on Interstate 5 near Silver Lake. The cause of the accident is still under investigation but initial reports appear that a car may have stalled on Interstate 5. The name of the Riverside woman has not been released.
