U.S. Fidelis is facing moreclass action lawsuits
. U.S. Fidelis has faced a number of class action lawsuits claiming among other things deceptive sales techniques and aggressive sales techniques that result in coverage that is less than desirable according to consumers that have purchased the policies.
U.S. Fidelis sells extended warranty coverage for automobiles when their factory warranty has expired. A recent class action lawsuit
