Pregnant Woman Killed by Drunk Driver in San Diego

In a tragic turn of events a pregnant woman was killed by a suspected drunk driver in San Diego this last Friday. Elaina Lynn Luquis Ortiz was waiting alongside the road on Interstate 805 for roadside assistance along with some other friends when she was struck and killed by a suspected drunk driver.
