L.A. Superior Court Appoints Steering Committee in Avandia Lawsuits

The Los Angeles Superior Court has appointed a Steering Committee to the Avandia Lawsuits filed throughout the country. The steering committee will be responsible to communicate and coordinate with plaintiff's counsel and their law firms in navigating the prosecution of the Avendia lawsuits. Currently there about 3,000 pending Avendia lawsuits filed throughout the United States.
