Hit-and Run Kills One Person in Moreno Valley

Cynthia Rene Whitaker was killed while two other people were seriously injured in a Moreno Valley hit-and-run car accident. The Hit-and-run accident occured at the intersection of Cottonwood Avenue and Festival Way. According to wtiness reports a black Honda was spotted driver erratically before the accident. The witnesses described the vehicle as the suspect vehicle as a  black two-door Honda with lowered suspension and modified exhaust.
