Driver Flees Scene After Deadly Car Crash

Paul Michael Stout a passenger of a vehicle was killed after the vehicle he was riding in crashed into a truck on the Santa Monica 10 Freeway. According to news reports the driver fled the scene. The driver is suspected of driving under the influence or DUI and has still not been located.
