2005 Metrolink Crash Cases Settle for $39 Million

According to news reports all but one of the  Metrolink accident and wrongful death cases has settled for $39 Million Dollars. The 2005 Metrolink accident was the result of car being parked on the Metrolink tracks, which caused the major collision. The cases were set to go to trial in early January 2010.
