Man Charged In Fatal Car Accident

A 19-year old Atwater California man has been charged in a fatal car accident that occurred on Highway 99. Khushdeep Gil was traveling on Highway 99 when his car crashed head on into a vehicle driven by a Atwater California woman. The victim died later of her injuries.
