17-Year Old Killed In Porter Racnh Accident

A 17-Year old was killed after sticking his outside the car window. Shortly after sticking his head out the window the 16-Year old driver of the vehicle struck a parked car killing the 17-Year old. LAPD is investigating the accident and the name of the victim has not been released.
