7 Year Old San Diego Girl Killed In Car Accident

A seven year old San Diego girl was struck and killed by a car as she was visiting a ice cream truck. The cause of the accident is still under investigation at this time. According to reports the girl's mother had just dropped her off at home where other family members were watching the little girl. The girl, along with other young children, went outside to visit a ice cream truck. A driver of the vehicle that struck the little girl had to go around the ice cream truck as it was parked in the street. It is not clear but it appears that the vehicle struck the little girl as it rounded the ice cream truck. The little girl was taken to Rady Children's Hospital where she died of her injures.
