Fleet Phospho-Soda Lawsuit

On December 11, 2008 the FDA issued an alert concerning certain Oral Sodium Phospahtes (OSP's). OSP's are used to cleanse the bowel before a colonoscopy. It is alleged products like Fleet Phospho Soda can cause serious injuries like renal or kidney failure.
