DJ AM's Estate Seeks Wrongful Death Claim Against Charter Airlines

The Estate of DJ AM a popular DJ that died due to an apparent accidental overdose of prescription drugs and cocaine is suing the charter company allegedly responsible for his severe burns he suffered when the charter jet crashed while he was aboard.
The amended lawsuit seeks compensation for the wrongful death claiming that the Charter's negligence that resulted in DJ AM taking prescription drugs ultimately resulted in his overdose. Said another way, the plane crash ultimately took DJ AM's life.
